Quran 39:10. Say, “O My devotees who have believed, keep your duty to your Lord. For those who do good in this world, is goodness. And God’s earth is vast. The steadfast will be paid their wages in full, without reckoning.”
11. Say, “I was commanded to serve God, devoting my religion exclusively to Him.
12. And I was commanded to be the first of those who submit.”
13. Say, “I fear, if I disobeyed my Lord, the punishment of a horrendous Day.”
14. Say, “It is God I worship, sincere in my faith in Him.”
15. “But you can worship whatever you wish besides Him.” Say, “The losers are those who lose their souls and their people on the Day of Resurrection.” That is indeed the obvious loss.
16. They will have layers of Fire above them, and layers beneath them. That is how God strikes fear into His servants—“O My servants! Beware of Me!”
17. As for those who avoid the worship of idols, and devote themselves to God—theirs is the good news. So give good news to My servants.
18. Those who listen to the Word, and follow the best of it. These are they whom God has guided. These are they who possess intellect.
19. What about someone who has deserved the sentence of punishment? Is it you who can save those in the Fire?
20. But those who fear their Lord will have mansions upon mansions, built high, with streams flowing beneath them. The promise of God; and God never breaks a promise.
21. Have you not considered how God sends down water from the sky, then He makes it flow into underground wells, then He produces with it plants of various colors, then they wither and you see them yellowing, then He turns them into debris? Surely in this is a reminder for those with understanding.

Here's the commentary on these verses.

The words are a comfort to the Muslims, who were subjected to sufferings in their own land, and give them the assurance that, if suppressed in one land, Islåm will prosper in other lands.
This shows that in the Hereafter, and in this life as well, there is an unceasing progress, for the high places to which the righteous attain have places still higher above them.
The allusion is to the fate of nations; they are brought into existence, made to rise, then decay and are swept out of existence. Even the Muslim nations are subject to the same law, but Islåm itself, being a law of life, is not subject to decay. The place of one nation that decays is taken by another. Moreover, nations that decay because of their transgressions may again be raised to life by turning to righteousness.

When I first started reading the Quran... I ran into two questions. First....I asked... what's the difference between Misbelievers and Disbelievers. I think I got my answer to that question.

Misbelievers are the ones who have a tainted tale. They are misled by one preacher or one teacher or another. They believe, but the traditions they have been taught are hollow or just plain idol worship. They can't help it..... someone needs to work with them and help them understand the truth... rather than the feel good mush they have been fed.

Disbelievers... however.... have the right story.... but choose to be morons. They think... "my life is awesome so I must be doing what is right" or.... "I can't change the way I do business now.... I have people depending on me... a little 'fudging on the truth' now and then never hurt anyone". Or worse yet, maybe they are thinking.... "this planet is just space junk.... there is no heaven or hell.... it's all just a big tale to sell statues and crosses... I say there is no god... so live and let live... as long as you live the way I say you should live... cause I'm so awesome".

Misbelievers are victims. They still have a shot at Salvation.

Disbelievers chose to jump in that boat. They still have a shot at Salvation.... but they have to chose to change their path.

Oh and the second question hasn't been answered yet. The second question is "who is We". I gave up on highlighting the word "we" because it was just everywhere.... so whoever "we" is.... well I hope they identify themselves before the end of the book.

These verses.... define the difference between misbelievers and disbelievers.
