3 yr Rabies Vaccine require current rabies certificate (tags not sufficient proof) - All dogs must be on leash or in a carrier - Aggressive dogs must wait in owner's vehicle - All cats must be in carriers.

Is this open to people outside ot St Mary's County? I had someone at the store ask and I told them I didn't think it mattered that they live in Calvert.

Right - it doesn't matter, we are active in all 3 counties (even if we weren't it wouldn't matter...)
