Yes. I've had some real bad luck getting ribs in restaurants, vowed to always make my own if I had a hankering.

We have been blessed with so many good BBQ joints that we don't even try to smoke our own. When I got the Instant Pot I did a rack on pressure, then threw them on the grill and they were pretty good. But, well, here we are in Texas...so....
