ARGH!!!! WTF...having no problems with Elements on my laptop until today...I keep getting "could not complete your request because of a program error" or I get a RAM error

Where do I go to look for that? I think the problem may be that I have both Elements and Illustrator open and am working between the two...although I would think the system would be able to handle that, maybe no :shrug:

I figured you might of had this problem since you use Elements, but maybe it's just my system.

Are you hardware capable? Meaning, can you find the RAM chip on the underside of the computer, remove it and re-seat it? or find someone that can do that for you? I'd start there before going too much further...

Right click on my computer and it'll show you the RAM there.
