Raley's....NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Went to Raley's cause my parents used to shop there, although I heard some bad stuff about them, I thought I'd give them a shot. Big Mistake! Placed an order for $2800 of furniture, waited 10 weeks just to be told the could no longer get those items, they had been discontinued. BUT THATS NOT THE WORST OF IT!!

They told me that I could not get a refund of my deposit!!! I could only use it as a store credit.

Is it just me, or are there others getting as royally screwed by Raley's as me?

Oh, there is something wrong with this picture. If you b!tch enough, they'll give it back. If that doesn't work, stand out in front of the store with a sign that says "Raley's Ripped Me Off".
