A federal grand jury has indicted Chad Arrington, a/k/a “Chad Focus,” age 31, of Randallstown, Maryland, on federal charges of conspiracy, wire fraud, and aggravated identity theft in connection with allegations that he used a company credit card to make over $4.1 million in unauthorized purchases. The indictment was returned on May 29, 2019, and was unsealed at his initial appearance today.
