U.S. District Judge Richard D. Bennett sentenced Chad Arrington a/k/a “Chad Focus”, age 33, of Randallstown, Maryland to 30 months in federal prison, followed by 12 months of home confinement as part of three years of supervised release, for a federal wire fraud conspiracy in connection with a scheme to use a company credit card to make more than $4.1 million in unauthorized purchases. Judge Bennett also ordered Arrington to pay restitution in the full amount of the victim’s losses, totaling $4,142,435.31.
