I used to live near Bannister. Its always been a hole of a neighborhood. Nothing good ever came out of that area. Now I live in Pinefield and it is rolling downhill too. Need to move to the sticks.

You have something for Mikies backdoor?

:faint:

Hey ... I think me having something for his backdoor is better than SmoothMarine guy over there w/ something for his backdoor.

And shouldn't that be "Mikey's"?

Actually, the neighborhood seems quite safe and quiet. Anyone have any feedback on CRE?

Thats where our house is being built. No problems. My little street seems to very quiet. Only sucky thing is not having a boat ramp cept at the lake.

I live in Wexford. Used to be a really nice neighborhood 2 years ago. Now it's majorly "ghetto." There have been several robberies and stuff like that. Someone shot out all our windows at my house and one of my neighbors and those pukns come back by and I'll tell you one thing they soot at my house and I'm gonna shoot back.

They shot out our windows with a bee-bee. I'll fire back with an Ak-47.

Yeah I noticed that I need to go check it out. So are you in CRE now or just looking? If so where are you? We are pretty much right in the center LOL.

Also I lived in waldorf for all of Highschool and as soon as I could get the hell out of there I did. With more population comes more problems. Guess thats what they get trying to be the next Montgomery county.

And where would you buy one of those?

Who said anything about needing to buy

Let's just put it this way, the basement where are the computers are hooked up and all is called "The War Room" for a reason. That's where we keep the stockpiles of food and anything else we may need. :killingme

I'd say south east. Close to the airport. 3 miles exactly from that marina.

I checked it out. Dunno how deep the ramp is. Probably a long 6 mph putt up in there too.

It's Mill Creek. If you come into Solomons, veer right away from Tiki. Goes wayyyyyyy up there.

And in your War Roo (lol) you have an AK-47? or a semi-automatic clone?

War Room, you know what I meant although I might just start calling it the war roo.

It's Waldorf, you gotta stay protected

I'm not revealing what secrets lie in the war room. :killingme

Just my observation but it seems like the areas that don't have big shopping centers and malls don't have these problems. I hardly hear anything about Hollywood/Mechanicsville/Wicomico. I really believe that the hood rats don't like the sticks that much. Not that I would consider those areas the sticks but to a New Yorker like me, it is.

Anyone else see that?

I agree. That's why I hope our area doesn't get a Wal-Mart here, there have been rumors for years about one going in near the Food Lion in Charlotte Hall. It would just bring in all kinds of trouble, in my opinion.

If you say so and besides when do I do what I should?

Bannister is a notoriously bad area. Truth be told. Bad guys are everywhere. I'm not sure, "shopping" attracts them.

I work in Alexandria now. Huge Malls. I feel safer there, than I ever felt working in Waldorf. Bad guys in Alexandria too. Just better.

You got that right. Only did it once, riding in my in-laws' boat, towing a broken down boat w/ a bunch of stoners in it that couldn't remember how to get back to the ramp they'd used to get in the water. We explored every creek back there looking for it. :burning:
