This site used to be only for one state but is now national. You can add builders names to the list, or rate them, or see if they have been rated. The list is far from complete so far and many builders on it remain unrated, but it may become a really valuable resource for home buyers selecting a builder:

How will a national website help any in southern MD? Just going through the motions of getting to this area would be a chore.
If you want to find a good builder, just ask on the forum.
My home was built by D & D Builders in Lusby. I have no complaints yet, its a good solid house. I will rate him very high.

They added Southern Maryland as a region under Maryland
Also you only need to join if you are rating a builder
you can browse without registering!
