I'd call some of the farms listed here,

and ask them if they have any. I can't see too many people wanting it when they order a side of beef.

Pepper's in Solomons regularly buys frozen tripe patties for customers per special order. They are made by K-9 Kravings, a Baltimore based raw food outfit.

Until I saw FF's post, I thought the green tripe was for a human diet thing. Never saw this was in the dog forum.

Tripe smells so bad I would have never considered a human would eat it :shrug:
