Bathrooms are pretty easy to do provided that you dont have to tear out walls. The commode is really easy, the hardest part is getting the beeswax ring seated right into the hole.
If you have linoleum you need to tear up get yourself a heat gun and a good putty knife.
As far as roofs go I find most of the construction companies in this area sub par.
