It was from service.confirm@no-paypal.com (obviously not PayPal) and the Click Here goes to http://202.82.140.39/upload <<-- DO NOT click that - it could be anything.
So just another friendly reminder to keep yourself mindful of phishing schemes from bad people who want to steal from you.
