Realtor recommendations?

I'm going to be putting my house up for sale soon and I have no experience with any of the realtors in the area. Does any one have any recommendations? Anyone I should steer clear of?

What is your house like? For Sale By Owner is a good way to go.

I would advise you to avoid Carol Choporis. Get Denise Mercer or someone else at O'Brien Realty.

I have to recommend Carol Choporis, too. My entire family has used her realty services through the years, and we've all been happy with her work. I'd venture to say that she's done about 7 real estate transactions for us total.

I never thought of that. I'm not sure she's still in real estate actually. Its been a long time. She was a friend of my ex's who was a part time agent and not the actual listing agent.

Dave or Ronnnie Tippett....They are with Century 21.. Ronnie was our realtor when we bought our house and she was wonderful.. Good Luck
