Realtor recommendations

Hi everyone! I recently discovered this site and have found it most interesting. I'm looking for recommendations for a good realtor in Charles County. I did a search, but most of the recommendations were for St. Mary's. We're going to be putting our house on the market (again) soon, and are looking for someone who's proactive, responsive and knows the market. Thanks!

Mike Petras was fantastic. He's been in Waldorf for many many years, knows the market and one of the most energetic guys I know. I used him for years when I had a rental in Waldorf and went with him when I finally sold it. Sold in less than a day, however that was back a few years when it was a sellers market.

Margaret Taylor -- also with Century 21 New Millennium -- she helped us tremendously! Very honest, very fair...will give you customer service above and beyond what you would expect!

I used Pamela Wood with Century 21 NM. Her number is 301-862-2169 ext. 114. She always responded very quickly and worked very hard to sell our home.
