Realty and house buying

Hey there southern MD!:howdy:

My wife and I are looking into buying a house and we are looking for some recommendations for realtors. Has anyone had experiance with Jobin realty?

Very patient, knowledgeable, personable and she listens to what you want and doesn't try to stick you in a development, (unless you want that). We used her when we were searching for our 1st place in 95 and when we sold it in 05. When we sold she gave us some inexpensive tips to move the house quickly and 4 days later, it was gone. Granted market forces were in our favor but still.

The young couple that purchased our old place went through Jobin and the agent was not the most experienced and from my point of view wasn't really an advocate for her clients. Maybe it was just that one agent but when dealing with a purchase as large as a home...

I'm sure that others will chime in with opposing viewpoints, but like I said this is just what I observed from the one dealing I had with Jobin.

I met with Carol yesterday to walk some property for possible purchase. :crossingfingers:

She was my realtor when I purchased my current home, she sold my old home, she sold my mom's house, and also sold two of my sister's homes.

In short, she's nothing but totally professional and always looks out for her customers' best interest.
