Can anyone help me find a reception area in Southern Maryland? I'm looking for a room with tables and chairs, and i'm willing to only pay $300. That's so hard to find!

And I have a nice sized den that can be cleared of the furniture...opens to a nice brick patio.

In all seriousness... don't you have to be an Elk to use their lodge...

Nope, but members get a cheaper rate...just like the FD halls. A lot of those types of place also charge clean-up fees and a fee if you don't use their caterer.

Good info... I've having a big party early summer and am debating on whether or not to rent a hall or just rent a big tent and a couple port-a-potties(for the weinies) and just have it here.

When are you sending out the invitations?

You do have my address, right?
If not, I know where you live. Just let me know the date.
OK?
