On February 12 at 10:30 a.m., officers responded to the 1800 block of Oak Drive in Waldorf for the report of the sound of gunshots. Upon arrival, officers discovered bullet holes in the siding of one house. Although there were people inside, no one was injured. A preliminary investigation revealed two men walked up to the house and fired at it. This does not appear to be a random event.

Officers have increased patrols in the area and detectives are tracking down leads. Investigators are urging anyone with information to call Detective E. Weaver at (301) 609-6571. Tipsters wishing to remain anonymous may contact Charles County Crime Solvers by calling 1-866-411-TIPS. Tips can also be submitted online at www.charlescountycrimesolvers.com or by using the P3Intel mobile app. Crime Solvers is offering a cash reward for the tip that leads to the arrest and indictment of the suspects. The investigation is ongoing.

How is this not attempted murder or at least assault with a lethal weapon?

Two thugs shooting at occupied house, and that’s “reckless endangerment “?

And our clowns in MGA just banned FTF long guns.

I'll be more than happy to offer some tips: Black. Males. 15-30 years of age. Dreadlocks of some sort. Previous records. Made up names. No father figures. Drug usage. Definite marijuana use. Probably on their possession. Likely selling. Unemployed. Lacking education.

Ms. L'Town Girl, I for one, am shocked. You've never heard of the Amish Mafia??? Josiah and Levon have been seen in the 'dorf with 27's on their buggies with three horsepower propulsion as late as 7:30pm mixin' it upward with the hood. They sold me a few potatoes with eyes and bad spots and I took them back demanding my money.. One of them used his suspenders as a slingshot and splattered me with brown eggs!!! A female popped her head out and gave me the hand gestures for "fornicate thou" .
And least you forget the Mensa Society "%" from Einstein High in Bethesda working "square roots" off Old Washington Road???
