Recommendations for Accountants / Tax Advice

Am looking for reliable, high quality accountant for tax advice (personal, not business) - I'd prefer Dunkirk / Prince Fred area but any recommendation would be greatly appreciated - thank you!

I searched the forums, and found some older threads, so just looking for more current advice.

My company is paying for some post-graduate education, and I'm trying to get a straight answer on how that will end up hitting my wallet (because nothing in life is free). My company declines to provide specific tax advice and 4 others in the company that have gone through the program have 4 different answers...lovely! TIA.
