Going on vacation and I want to get one before I go... can anyone recommend a person/place... or at least give tips on who to avoid...

Body Wraps are a waste of time and money.
They pump you full of water, rub some stuff on you, wrap warm ace bandage-like compressions around you, stuff you in a plastic suit and then make you sit to sweat out out all the water you consumed. All the while, they usually have you in a serene-like setting with a soothing fountain and music going ......By the time it was over I had to take a leak so bad that I didn't care how inches I supposedly "lost"!
