Recommendations?

Our split rail fence in the front of the house is falling apart and I'm looking for someone- whether it be a licensed handy man or contractor- to haul off the old, paint and install a new one.
Not looking for your cousin's friend, neighbor's step brother's uncle, etc but someone that you have used and been happy with their work. There is potential for more work in the future.
We called a contractor we had used on our last house and he returned the call that he was on vacation and would hook up after he returned. Never got a call back. Maybe this job was deemed too small to be bothered with.

Thomas Fence Company, in St Marys. When I fenced my property(~2.5 acres) a while back, their estimate was thousands cheaper than the 3 other companies I received estimates from. I believe the next closest estimate was 3k more. They started and finished in a day, was very happy with them.
