I like the dress a lot, it's really classy looking and you could definitely jazz it up. I think black would work best but that's just my opinion. How about a black clutch with a sparkly detail on it, they have lots at JC Penny (I got a cute black one there a couple months ago). Silver shoes could also work but if you do that I'd go with silver jewelry and a silver bag too
