I saw this hokey commercial (last night) for a sit-n-spin type abdominal exerciser all for only $14.99 - BUT WAIT! ...if you call now :blahblah:

Curiosity made me look it up today because I was bored and I wondered how much they really charge you for that low, LOW, price of only $14.99.

I visited four different review sites, most people were dissatisfied, some were too proud to admit that they'd gotten ripped off, some were too stupid to realize it, or the review seemed like a marketing fake.

This site was one of the few that actually had the amounts that people had been charged. After reading the first page, it appears that no one paid only $14.99.

Go Braves!
I researched that a few months ago and it's $14.99 the first month then some outrageous amount of money for the next 5 months or so:lol:It was in very tiny, tiny print too:jet:

Let me look for it.

Glad you posted the infomercialscam site, I'd been thinking about trying the video professor discs, no more.

Do not call Miss Cleo! Its a scam! And its not a "Free Readin baby!" its a call that will set you back between $50 and $200 or more.

Susan writes:
My sister used to work for Miss Cleo. MY SISTER IS NOT A PSYCHIC! Shows you how big of a scam this is. It was pretty much her job to keep people on the phone for as long as possible to run up the bill. That job din't last long, but it paid well.

No! Really? :lmao:
