Red Red Wine Bar -- Annapolis, MD

Had a wonderful meal at the Red Red Wine Bar in downtown Annapolis over the weekend. It is owned and operated by Brian Bolter, News Anchor for Fox 5, and his wife, Lisa.

The decor is Victorian/French Orleans, funky and fun. Beautiful colors and design. The menu is amazing and everything I tasted was GREAT, including the wine. They have a few beers on tap and by the bottle (Sam Adams, Shock Top, Blue Moon, etc.).

Service is phenomenal. I recommend everyone give it a try if you are in the Annapolis area. Be sure to try their creme brulee cheesecake -- it was absolutely divine!!!

I will definitely get a babysitter sometime soon and try that place with my hubby. Love the decor and the menu has many great options. What did you guys try there? Thanks for the info, I've never noticed that restaurant before.

Our group split the crab dip (yummy). I ordered the baja chicken salad (delish), and hubby ordered the grilled chicken caesar salad (most awesome). Friends ordered pizza. They are definitely on the small, "personal" size, so I don't think splitting one is an option, unless you want to try several things. The chardonnay flight is awesome -- my favorite is this from Chile: Buy Cousino-Macul Chardonnay 2009 online for less at Wine Chateau

Sounds good, thanks. I was looking at the salads and I can bet hubby would try a pizza. Looking at the wine list, maybe instead of having a babysitter come over I should have my inlaws come down for some overnight babysitting while we get a hotel room up in Annapolis! :yahoo:
