:thewave: :thewave: :thewave: :thewave: I'm looking more forward to seeing our defense play rather than offense though :ohwell: I hope they put Ramsey in.

They did. It helped some, but not enough.

On the brighter side, there's still plenty of room on the Raven's bandwagon! I KNOW that you will all cheer for them this week at least as Ray Lewis and Ed Reed tee off on Vinny Interceptaverde! (if you have comcast that's channel 13 at 1pm).

Well you got what you wanted and it looked pretty crappy for the few minutes I watched, actually a better term would be painful. I see Ramsey is sporting a sub 50 QB rating and if Cincinnati’s defense could catch I am sure it would be a heck of a lot lower.

Brunell is washed up, I've been saying that since pre-season. Ramsey held his own pretty good and I don't think it was fair to put him in in the middle of the second quarter. If you have confidence in him, he shoudl have started... not have been faced with a 17 point deficit. It did seem to ignite the defense to play better though because they never scored on the Defense again. If it was me and I was playing defense and playing my azz off and then azzclown brunell can't complete a pass or throws and interception, I too might be inclined to just say Eff it and let them get as many points as they want against me. At least with Ramsey there comes hope!!!

The stats don’t lie, besides for the money these guys get paid to perform in a game they should be able to walk in no matter the situation and execute. Ramsey didn’t, he never has, Brunell hasn’t been, though he used to and he is still statistically superior to Ramsey, and Hasselback, when allowed to play in pre-season, just seemed to make things happen. We know that every time Portis has a 100 yard game it’s been a win. What was done here Sunday, 17 runs, that’s it. The defense hasn’t been bad but it takes points to win. The area the Skins are taking a beating are the big plays. No extra scoring from their defense or special teams while giving up a kick return and losing 5 touchdowns to the opponent’s defense.

Offensively the Skin’s should either stick with Brunell or, what I think would be better, give Hassleback the ball. We have seen what Ramsey does and as I saw in some highlights if Cincinnati’s defense could catch they would have had intercepted Ramsey at least 4 more times. Look at his numbers, 2 games, 3 fumbles, and 5 picks. Brunell looses the ball a lot to, but there is another choice and it should be tried.

I like Hassellbach too -- anyone but brunell. I like Patrick Ramsey better though. Havn't we had this discussion after our first game - where you were praising Brunnel and that he was super great and I kept saying Ramsey.... since day one I've been wanting ramsey. Everytime Brunnel went down... I looked ... is he getting back up??? he's up dammmmn!!....

Yeah and I have said anyone but Ramsey and still say that. He's a goober and needs to go to arena football for a few years.

Oh yeah, nice av. Bwaa-ha-ha. :killingme

Give me a break, not seeing linemen drop back in coverage, throwing to covered receivers, no legs to get out of the pocket, this guy is just a dirt clog. Chuck it. Besides, you have to have confidence before it can be shaken. Ramsey is straight out of the Wizard of Oz.

Put those words to the voice of that old granny chicken in the Foghorn Leghorn cartoons and that would be perfect.
