Anyone know about Reflexology? I am a newly certified Reflexologist in Mechanicsville. It is known to help with stress, circulation and relaxation.

Actually yes, I have a friend who manages a natural foods store in CA and they have a reflexologist who comes in every weekend.

I have lyme disease and other health problems - she actually told me that it is something I shouldn't have done because the toxin load is too great in my body right now - and that it might cause too many toxins to be dumped into my circulatory system which isn't a good thing. Obviously it's good to get rid of unwanted toxins in your body - but it isn't good to get rid of a lot unless medically supervised... correct? Or no? Either way I wouldn't do anything right now - too much on the plate medically. But my friend says that the lady who comes into their store has loyal customers that swear by the reflexologist, and others who say that it is just a glorified massage... :lol:

I guess it does feel nice to have your tootsies rubbed on, whether it's good for your body or not! :buddies:

The St. Mary's Animal Welfare League is having their 6th Annual Animal Fair on May 8th from 10AM-3PM. This might be a good venue for you to set up a vendor space and sell your services or give demos. If you are interested, email me at trailsendpets@gmail.com . A vendor space is $25.00 and a sponsorship begins at $100 which includes a free vendor space.

We have a lot of vendors who will be there; to include Canine massage, pet communicator, pet nail trimming, JNJ Embroidery, Pepper's Pet Pantry, Pet Sitters, Dog Kennels, jewelry, dog training, pet products and more. In addition, there is a pet pageant, pet parade, St. Mary's County K9 demo, Calvert Search and Rescue demo, horse events, dog contests, and many pet rescue groups will be there for adoptions.

Looking forward to hearing from you if you're interested in a space.
