I got a hit from the realtor site on a property in the Fenwick Manor section of Hollywood. The realtor is positive and I will probably make a speed run down tomorrow to see the place. Any feedback on Fenwick Manor?

try to get some others lined up though to look at. that's a long trip to look at only one house. If Realtors didn't sound positive, they'd never sell anything.

It is, no bridge, Hollywood schools and I can cancel the Kidney donation to raise money. :biggrin:

I know, I am going to have her set up several for Saturday. I have only 1 day too look because I have to get back for my boy. Most of the things in my range are in Lusby, not many in SMC so I was supprised. The realtor just sent me a bunch of pics and it still looks good. Now I just have to get there approve and get a contract, then hope ST doesn't come in and outbid me.

Wow, was the listing right? 7 Acres? Builders were telling me the average land cost is about 30K per acre, that alone would make this house a great deal! Better get here ASAP before it is gone!

As for schools, doesn't get much better.

The long and foster site is a great for up to date listings, as well as saying if a house is still available. could be another choice for when you're looking at homes. This listing being discussed:

I am jumping. I was expecting to wait another month or so. I am NOT looking forward to 20 hours in the truck this weekend, my arse is getting old.

Its all set, I will be down tomorrow, hopefully before 5. WOOOOO The agent is setting up several too look at for Saturday. This is getting exciting. If this fails I can always look in NOVA.:lmao:

Just checked the weather. Last time I tried to come down there it was a blizzard, this time its just severe thunderstorms and tornados. Isn't that special.
