This is not news. Timothy Mcviegh used a rental truck...I mean anything with wheels can be used can it not...you really don't need intelligence for that. Funny how when its close some sort of holiday that these types of reports keep coming out. This type of scenerio should have been out since 9/11. commomsense says they will try to to bomb.Naturally, they need cars, trucks, bikes, taxis, buses, trains,etc.
