I would call Enterprise or one of the other car rental places. They had the vans but you had to reserve them ahead of time. Might have to pick up at the airport.
Thanks OHG and Lugnut. I think I may have seen it a couple of weeks ago. Looked like a full size older van? I thought it was on that turn going into Hugesville they use to call "dead mans turn" because way back in the 40's and stuff several people were killed in auto accidents there. (My dad who is 90 told me this bit of trivia). Do you think its the same van you saw? I'm not really in a position to buy a van (insurance, maintenance, etc) but I still might go back up there and see if there is any information posted on it.
Does anyone know if there is a place to rent a handicap van (with a lift for a wheelchair). Thank you.
How long do you need to rent it? We have one we don't use much but we do still need it. It has a ramp that drops out the side and wheelchair lock-down straps along with a seatbelt for the wheelchair.
