Repairing Fuse?

My dodge neon's cigarette lighter isn't powering on. I have found the fuse box and know it is fuse #14, but I am not sure what to do. I am trying to get the power to turn on to the cigarette lighter so I can hook my gps up.

Have you replaced the fuse? If not, get needle-nose pliers and lightly grasp the fuse at the top and pull it out. Replace it with the same color fuse.

Darn cant remember, but I thnik perhaps the Neons fuse box lid actually has a fuse puller (yellow plastic tiny pliers looking thing) in the lid. If so, its pretty easy to pull that fuse,it just snaps onto the fuse and pull.

Yep, your correct it should. My first car was an 01 Highline. The fuse blew all the time to my cig. lighter which I used to charge my cell.
