Replacing outdoor above ground oil tank...

Replacing oil tank with better used unit from Craigslist, who could do that? I'm afraid the local oil folks would insist that they will only install a tank they sell. Any ideas?

I don't know. I had to replace one years ago and SMO did it. They also took the old one, and another old one, away. For a fee for both, of course.

Install it yourself. It just rests on some 1 1/4"(if I remember right) galv pipe.

I've replaced a couple oil tanks myself over the years. I bought new ones each time. I gave the old ones to nhboy.
