Revelation 13:1 The dragon stood on the shore of the sea. And I saw a beast coming out of the sea. It had ten horns and seven heads, with ten crowns on its horns, and on each head a blasphemous name. 2 The beast I saw resembled a leopard, but had feet like those of a bear and a mouth like that of a lion. The dragon gave the beast his power and his throne and great authority. 3 One of the heads of the beast seemed to have had a fatal wound, but the fatal wound had been healed. The whole world was filled with wonder and followed the beast. 4 People worshiped the dragon because he had given authority to the beast, and they also worshiped the beast and asked, “Who is like the beast? Who can wage war against it?”
In the Bible Studies I always got hung up on the dragon and the beast. I never noticed what was going on. The dragon.... the one that chased the woman and child ..... gave his authority and power to the beast. The dragon.... chaser.... I thought would be Putin pounding Ukraine.... but wait.... the dragon give the power to the beast of the sea.Do you think there will be a Naval Battle? Do you think the Beast out of the Sea is a nation with a powerful Navy [like the US] who will overpower the dragon [like Russia]? Oh... wouldn't that be a turn of events. Let's face it... if there is going to be another World War.... there has to be a victor. Dragons and beasts are not even given the respect of the capitalization of their names [unless it comes at the beginning of a sentence]. I bet they're just warped humans!
So who is the Beast of the Sea? My dad was a Chief in the Navy.... I always assumed the US has the baddest Navy in the world.... but check this out.
