Sounds like the typical Richmond weather for its 1st race of year . Both times my wife & I went to RIR for the May race the weather always sucked

I agree! Richmond has always been my favorite track , ( My 1st NASCAR race 1972 , back when it was a Fairground Track) even through it is a 3/8 short track , it's not a "boring A## short track "
