Riding lessons / time

I used to ride, started when I was 3, and I haven't ridden for about 2 years. I really want to start again, but I am slightly scared.. see, in all my years of riding, I had never fallen off or been thrown, a fact I used to brag about, until it happened about 2 years ago. I haven't been back on a horse since then. I am not really scared of it, but it still sticks with me. My back has finally healed, and I got the clearance from my Dr. about 2 months ago to get back in the saddle again. I was wondering if anyone on here would mind giving me lessons, or just allowing me riding time. I am definately prepared to pay for it.

I rode both. I grew up on Western, then in middle school started English (those were the only lessons offered in Connecticut, go figure). I really don't have a preference, but I am thinking that Western would be best to start with this time.
