We don't know WHEN this happened - but it's ridiculous not to accept walk up customers, unless everyone in the bank is doing full hazmat suits.

I think the lady needs to learn how to do everything electronically, and to withdraw her money and move it elsewhere.

If she's a lawyer why does she not know that you can be trespassed from a business' private property even if you aren't breaking the law. As long as it isn't for a protected reason (like race or religion or whatever). Remember the "no shirt, no shoes, no service" signs? It's not illegal to go around without shoes, but you can be asked to leave if you're not wearing them, and if you refuse you can be trespassed.
