RIP Big T . Seen every espisode at least 8 times . Watch HBO On Demand when ever they show the Sopranos starting with season 1 thru 7 !

I will delete the thread I started. I don't care how young or old he looked. He was a man I got wet over...yes, I said this.

On second thought I will keep it (the thread)

During my many moves over the last few years, I did keep my Soprano's library. I didn't keep my VCR. Time to get shopping!

Years ago, I saw a picture of him with his son on his shoulders. Not a movie idol in any way, but he was real and the smile on his face was priceless.

The show was as well.

My development has ducks and geese. I thought of him every time I would stop my car and let them cross.

If I still had my bathrobe on I thought of Tony.

He did not hit a single false note with Tony Soprano. I grew up with one of the writers of that show. We both grew up with guys like that. His portrayal was spot-on. Nobody has done it better than Gandolfini. Not Brando. Not Pacino. Not DeNiro. To quote Bert Lahr: "Not nobody. Not no-how"
