The Ripken abduction case is getting new wings now that Cal Ripken Jr. has offered a $100,000 reward to anyone who has information about the kidnapping of his mother, Vi Ripken, last summer. On Aug. 1, The Baltimore Sun reported that Ripken wants answers for his mother's sake and that he will pay handsomely for any one that knows anything about the man who managed to escape after kidnapping and freeing Violet Ripken.
