Road bikes

I'm looking for a good road bike. I don't want something cheap but I don't have $1000. Anybody want to give a desent one away? I know nobody gives anything away but I figured I'd try.

PaxVelo is going to be having a swap meet next to tidewater dentist on great mills saturday between 11 and 1, i think.....

you might find a bike or two there

other than a tiny mention on the PaxVelo site's calnedar, but it was brought up at the Tuesday night ride, and there were probably 75 or so members there. I dont know what the turn out will be, but i would guess there wll be at least one or two bikes there.

Never heard of them until now, If I get into this might have to join it. Only thing is I don't think I could do the spandex thing.
