RESTON -- Virginia authorities are looking for a driver they say is responsible for a frightening act of road rage that left a woman lying injured on the side of the Dulles Toll Road.
The woman told police she got on the westbound toll road Tuesday morning from the Fairfax County Parkway. But she collided with a pickup truck that she says cut her off.

Both drivers pulled over. But according to Virginia State Police, rather than swap insurance information, the pickup driver smacked the woman in the face. When she grabbed hold of the pickup to stop it from fleeing, she was knocked to the pavement. dumb move

Police say the woman suffered a possible fractured rib, along with cuts. A state police spokesman says anyone in a similar situation should never try to stop a fleeing driver, but try to get the plate number.

Yep, but we all know they complain anyway, mostly to hear themselves talk.
