Slice Cabbage in rounds
Single layer on baking sheet
spray with olive oil cooking spray
sprinkle with sea salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes and garlic powder
Bake on 400 degrees until tender and edges are crispy.
Next time would have left it in a little longer - both hubby and I liked the crispy edges.
He liked it, and he doesn't like cabbage.
