That business isn't open on Sunday, nor are any of the others in that building, I think. Could be she was in fetching something, or setting something up for this morning, could be this crime has no connection to the business at all.
The reason I ask is that this speaks to the random crime against folks just passing through vs perpetrated against someone known to the criminal.
