And yet you should have seen a few folks still try to get up into the Port Tobacco Marina and getting stuck. Even saw someone in a canoe get stuck up further by the RV park. There was no water in the river on Saturday.
Ain't that something? We used to take advantage of the extremely low tides when we were kids. I can't even begin to tell you how many Rumsford baking soda bottles we collected on those tides. There was no water in the river on Saturday.
Fish on!Finally went rock fishing. The bay has been slow so we went fishing in the Potomac. Caught two rockfish apiece and caught some catfish too. Was a good day to fish.
I think those blue cats would hit on an unbaited hook.I was always told that catfish feed by smell/taste. Try telling that to Potomac catfish. Locals have been catching more cats trolling than rockfish.
I know how you can test your theory.I think those blue cats would hit on an unbaited hook.
