I saw this story on the news last night and thought I heard something odd. Then I read the article and there it is:

"If it is indeed a training device, it's something you can buy at any gun store,"

I'm not sure what kind of gun shops they have in Atlanta, but I've never seen a rocket launcher (even training ones) at a gun store.
