Close one hit, lightning and thunder simultaneous, over near Solomons. Radar looks pretty ominous for the next few hours, and flash flood warnings in place.

It’s been booming here for about the last 45 minutes. No satellite TV.

Other than the thunder, the only sound is the dog snoring.
