State Police Rockville Barrack Enforcement for the Week of February 24th, 2020

The Maryland State Police Rockville Barrack continues to make our roadways safer for all motorists on our highways. Between February 24th, 2020 and March 1st, 2020, Troopers assigned to the Rockville Barrack made the following drunk driving arrests;

1. Jean Paul Bawea Badjo, 27 years of age of Rockville
2. Winston Wambua Karumba, 34 years of age of Takoma Park
3. Ndifor Ngu Ndumu, 43 years of age of Germantown
4. Elsa Eneida Linares Khalil, 43 years of age of Clarksburg
5. Micah Campbell, 30 years of age of Hyattsville

Troopers made the following criminal arrests;

1. Tracia Lawrence-Cross, 39 years of age of Silver Spring, Warrant
2. Sydney Powell, 28 years of age of Rockville, Warrant
3. Corinna Winston, 25 years of age of Gaithersburg, Warrant
4. Emily Easton, 29 years of age of Potomac, Warrant

Troopers cited the following individuals for possession of marijuana less than 10 grams:

1. Jose Rivera, 24 years of age of Alexandria, VA
2. Michael Tomasek, 25 years of age of Arlington, VA
