The Maryland State Police Rockville Barrack continues to make our roadways safer for all motorists on our highways. Between February 3rd, 2020 and February 9th, 2020, Troopers assigned to the Rockville Barrack made the following drunk driving arrests;

  3. Herman Ford, 58 years of age of Gaithersburg
  4. Camilla Hines, 22 years of age of Silver Spring
  5. Eric Mannah, 29 years of age of Silver Spring
  6. Edwin Salvador, 25 years of age of Silver Spring
  7. Ivan Gaitan, 30 years of age of Germantown
  8. Mariano Garcia, 24 years of age of Germantown

Troopers made the following criminal arrests;

  1. Xavier Butler, 46 years of age of Bowie, Warrant
  2. David Allen Kennedy, 57 years of age of Gold Hill, NC, Second Degree Assault
  3. Maria Margot, 41 years of age of Poolesville, Warrant
  4. Alexis Thorbecke, 30 years of age of Silver Spring, Warrant
  5. Wilfredo Alvarado, 25 years of age of Hyattsville, Warrant
  6. Damian Louison, 38 years of age of Orlando, FL, Auto Theft
