- Edmond Sombie, 62 years of age of Takoma Park, Warrant
- Luis Gutierrez-Pincon, 38 years of age of Silver Spring
- Kyle Hayhurst, 30 years of age of Harrison, WV, Possession of Marijuana With Intent to Distribute
- Diane Hayhurst, 31 years of age of Harrison, WV, Possession of Marijuana With Intent to Distribute
- John Rock, 24 years of age of Oberlin, OH, Possession of Marijuana
- Sara Halbritter, 27 years of age of Boonsboro, MD, Possession of Marijuana
Troopers cited the following individuals for possessing marijuana less than 10 grams:
- Jaimie Menendez, 29 years of age of Bowie
