The Maryland State Police Rockville Barrack continues to make our roadways safer for all motorists on our highways. Between March 22nd, 2020 and March 29th, 2020, Troopers assigned to the Rockville Barrack made the following drunk driving arrests;

1. Seth Minh Baynard Montuori 19 years of age, Washington DC, DUI



Troopers made the following criminal arrests;

1. Johan Enrique Manzano 18 years of age, Mount Airy, Maryland , Warrant
2. Chesterfield Roger Stewart 5th 20 years of age, Waldorf Maryland, Warrant
3. Bassini Victor Hart 19 years of age, College Park, Maryland. Warrant, CDS, DUI
