The Maryland State Police Rockville Barrack continues to make our roadways safer for all motorists on our highways. Between March 2nd, 2020 and March 8th, 2020, Troopers assigned to the Rockville Barrack made the following drunk driving arrests;

  4. Stanley Morehouse, 51 years of age of Germantown
  5. Dawn Graham, 34 years of age of Hagerstown
  6. Zachary Brown, 28 years of age of Upper Marlboro
  7. Marvin Cortez, 23 years of age of Westminster
  8. Douglas Fonseca, 22 years of age of State College, PA
  9. Alex Cruz, 33 years of age of Hyattsville
  10. Maxwell Pearsall, 33 years of age of Upper Marlboro

Troopers made the following criminal arrests;

  1. Leroy Swinton, 59 years of age of Washington, DC, Warrant
  2. Kyle Majors, 29 years of age of Germantown, Warrant
  3. Lauren Szymczak, 29 years of age of Damascus, Warrant
  4. Margaret Big, 49 years of age of Laurel, Warrant
  5. Kevin Garcia, 28 years of age of Silver Spring, Warrant
  6. Juan Rodriguez, 26 years of age of Washington, DC, Warrant
  7. Larry Cruz, 25 years of age of Montgomery Village, Warrant
  8. Tevon Stephens, 23 years of age of Laurel, Warrant
  9. Selomon Woldemichael, 25 years of age of Takoma Park, Warrant
  10. Marcus Johnson, 32 years of age of Silver Spring, Warrant
  11. Andre Parham, 28 years of age of Hagerstown, Warrant
  12. Jose Madrano, 34 years of age of Greenbelt, Warrant
  13. Wilfredo Vanegas, 34 years of age of Gaithersburg, Warrant

Troopers cited the following individuals for possessing marijuana less than 10 grams:

  1. Sylvia Quinteros, 34 years of age of Silver Spring
