1. Raymond Alexander Woodward, 26 years of age of Clinton

1. Tamboura Aiesha Hall, 42 years of age of Windsor Mill

1. Pernell Bell, 26 years of age of Rockville

1. John Kwesi Koomson, 52 years of age of Frederick

1. Malia Alexis Thompson, 40 years of age of Beverly Hills, CA

Troopers issued civil citations to the following persons for possession of marijuana less than 10 grams of marijuana;

1. Kobe Bryant Faraon Bautista, 20 years of age of Rockville

Troopers made the following criminal arrests;

1. Grace Mambote Boito, 24 years of age of Montgomery Village, warrant service.

1. Santiago Franco, 26 years of age of Germantown, warrant service
