State Police Rockville Barrack Enforcement for the Week of November 18th, 2019

The Maryland State Police Rockville Barrack continues to make our roadways safer for all motorists on our highways. Between November 18th, 2019 and November 24th, 2019, Troopers assigned to the Rockville Barrack made the following drunk driving arrests;

  1. Kendall Levy, 33 years of age from Arlington, VA
  2. Victor Mazariegos, 41 years of age of Lanham
  3. Trung Ta, 60 years of age of Gaithersburg
  4. Artur Melikyan, 44 years of age of Gaithersburg
  5. Morris Ruiz, 49 years of age of Rockville
  6. David Bernard, 24 years of age of Gaithersburg
  7. Bryan Kihara, 21 years of age of Cockeysville
  8. Frezer Tesfaye, 30 years of age of Takoma Park
  9. Lara Anderson, 22 years of age of Germantown

Troopers also made the following criminal arrests;

  1. Juan Portillo Ayala, 41 years of age of Silver Spring, warrant service
  2. Alba Aldana-Berios, 30 years of age of Aldelphi, warrant service
  3. Darron Dixon, 35 years of age of Gaithersburg, warrant service
  4. Phillip Pressley, 55 years of age of University Park, warrant service
  5. Patricia Guzman, 28 years of age of Germantown, warrant service
  6. Tracy Birkett, 56 years of age of Ijamsville, Possession of CDS not Marijuana
  7. Daniel Ngungoh, 47 years of age of Upper Marlboro, warrant service
